Delete your X-Ray account
This permanently deletes your account and everything saved with it: your watch list, home lightbox, Compare picks and settings. Purchase records Google Play keeps are handled under Google's policies, and records we must keep for tax law are kept as the Privacy Policy describes.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in the Play Store: Profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions.
Your account was deleted. You can close this page.
